This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of our website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates. 


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”

The technologies we use for the automatic data collection of Device Information may include:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons” are electronic images, also called a “gif,” that may be in the form of a “png” image, as well as iframe, script, input link, embed, object, and other tags that are used to track usage. We may use these web beacons on our Site to deliver cookies, to attribute sales to any advertising media or affiliate partners with whom we may have a relationship, to count visits, to compile statistics about usage, to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns, and/or in emails that we may send you in order to tell if you have opened or acted on an email that we have sent you.
  • “Pixels” are a piece of code or an electronic image embedded on the Site (but ordinarily not visible to users) that collects information about users’ engagement on that web page. The use of a pixel allows us to record, for example, that a user has visited a particular web page within the Site or clicked on a particular advertisement, to deliver branded services, and/or to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Provide you with information, products or services that you request from us;
  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;
  • Notify you about changes to our Site or any products or services we offer or provide through it;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


Our service providers may collect information you provide to us in connection with a transaction. This may include your name, email address, phone number, payment information (card number, expiration date and CVV), billing address, and shipping information. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • To our contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business;
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by the Company about our Site users is among the assets transferred;
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;
  • With your consent; and
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with any court order, applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.  You may block, delete, or pre-approve use of cookies on your computer by adjusting your web browser settings. Such limitations, however, are not effective on mobile applications, though many applications allow users to “opt out” of certain advertisements and other features by adjusting their mobile device settings. If you are using an iOS device, you may opt out of tracking for advertising purposes by clicking on Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking. If you are using an Android device, you may opt out of tracking for advertising purposes by going to Settings → Google Settings → Ads → Enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization.”


Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


You may send us an email at to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. If you create a user account, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.


Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under 13 may provide any personal information to or on the website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at

If you receive a marketing email from us that you would prefer not to have received, you can use the “unsubscribe” link found in the email to “opt out” of receiving future emails to request the same. We will comply with your request. If you consent to our providing your email address to a third party to receive their separate marketing communications, please contact the third-party to opt-out of their communications.


Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents have the right to request from a business, with whom such State of California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of Personal Data the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) also provides consumers who are California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Data. This Section does not apply to work-force related personal information collected from California-based employees, job applicants, contractors, or similar individuals. 

The site may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, or is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“Personal Information”).

A name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.


C. Protected Classification Characteristics under California or Federal Law

Age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or genetic information (including familial genetic information).


D. Commercial Information

Records of personal property, products, or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.


E. Biometric Information

Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as, fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data.


F. Internet or Other Similar Network Activity

Browsing history, search history, or information on a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.


G. Geolocation Data

Physical location or movements.


H. Sensory Data

Audio, electronic, visual, olfactory, or similar information.


I. Professional or Employment-related Information 

Current or past job history or performance evaluations.


J. Non-public Education Information

Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.


We obtain the categories of Personal Information listed above from the following categories:

  • Directly from you. For example, from forms you complete or products or services you purchase; and
  • Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on the Site. 

California residents have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of Personal Information over the past 12 months. California residents also have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity (including your California residency), we will review your request to see if an exception allowing us to retain the Personal Information applies. We will delete or deidentify Personal Information not subject to one of these exceptions and will direct our service providers to take similar action.  To exercise your rights please submit a request to Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may exercise your right to know or right to delete related to your Personal Information. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. 

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of the Sites and Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
