If you’re not completely satisfied with your mattress purchase from Dear Sleep, we’re here to help. Once your new mattress is delivered, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust. Then, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us via phone or email within 100 calendar days from the date of your delivery and we will gladly assist you. In order to qualify for a return, your Dear Sleep mattress must be clean and undamaged and you will need your purchase information available including your order number and transaction date. Please note that mattress returns and exchanges must be handled through our customer service and not social media. Failure to properly follow our return or exchange process may result in an inability to return or exchange your mattress.
